Description:
Kevin Kenny has asked that I submit this report:

He writes:

I think it would probably serve to put
the warning about \x1a into the man pages for 'tclsh'
and 'wish' -
that's where the existing documentation discusses
loading the initial
script file.

The comment is in regards to letting the developer know
that initial interpreter loading of scripts are subject
to the same cross-platform treatment of ^z as end of
file indicator as the source command provides.

Revised patch to fix a problem that Larry pointed out
where there was an unclear antecedent for "in this case."
