The Tcl man page, formatted for html and available at
urls such as
http://www.tcl.tk/man/tcl8.4/TclCmd/Tcl.htm , shows a
problem in that it has no legitamate DESCRIPTION
information, so the html formatter provides this:

Perhaps could something innoculous be inserted as a
DESCRIPTION?
