Can someone please tell me why SourceForge inserts new comments in the middle of the bug report?

When a bug is created, you get some original text, say, A.  Then someone comments, and the report looks 
like:

  A
  B

Then another comment is added and it looks like:

  A
  C
  B

then

  A
  D
  C
  B

This inside-out, upside-down format is nuts.  If A is long enough, it gets VERY hard to find new comments.

I agree.  Here's a patch to bump the CVS HEAD of Tcl up
to version 8.4a4.
