Added KST (Korean Standard Time) to the allowed list of 
timezones.

Normally, we support only one abbreviation per timezone;
hence KST is omitted because JST is the same zone (+0800).
Nevertheless, Korea is a large enough market, and the timezone
name is sufficiently unambiguous, that it seems wise to add
abbreviations KST and KDT (and the missing JDT).
