Along with the patch to tclconfig at issue 06f1692bbe29449ac3f2161ebf9dd153d0349845 for packages included in .../pkgs, the patch attached to this post allows a successful build of Tcl from a Cygwin shell using Cygwin utilities but a native MinGW compiler. | |||
