Removed the TEA_TCL_LINK_LIBS macro. It wasn't being used, and had the potential to introduce dependencies that weren't called for in the tclConfig.sh file check-in: d25e5c0691 user: hypnotoad tags: trunk

# TEA_MISSING_POSIX_HEADERS
#
#	Supply substitutes for missing POSIX header files. Special
#	notes:
# - stdlib.h doesn't define strtol, strtoul, or
# strtod in some versions of SunOS
# - some versions of string.h don't declare procedures such
# as strstr
#
# Arguments:
#	none
#
# Results:
#
#	Defines some of the following vars:
# NO_DIRENT_H
# NO_ERRNO_H
# NO_VALUES_H
# HAVE_LIMITS_H or NO_LIMITS_H
# NO_STDLIB_H
# NO_STRING_H
# NO_SYS_WAIT_H
# NO_DLFCN_H
# HAVE_SYS_PARAM_H

# tkUnixPort.h checks for HAVE_LIMITS_H, so do both HAVE and
